Terms of Service

Rules and conditions for using domweb.

Last updated: July 30, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to domweb. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for accessing and using the domweb platform, including projects, documentation, releases, support systems, and software products.

By creating an account, accessing content, downloading software, or using domweb services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. About domweb

domweb is a developer platform providing access to software projects, documentation, development resources, releases, and technical support.

Some content is available freely, while other projects or features may require granted access or payment.

3. User Accounts

Users may create an account specifically for domweb in order to access platform features.

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping their password and account credentials secure
  • Providing accurate account information
  • Any actions performed through their account

Users should immediately notify domweb if they believe their account has been compromised.

domweb may restrict or remove accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the platform.

4. Project Access

domweb may provide access to private projects, documentation, releases, and software through account permissions.

Project access:

  • Is granted by domweb
  • May depend on payment status or authorization
  • May be revoked if these Terms are violated

Users must not attempt to bypass access restrictions or access private content without permission.

5. Software and Framework Licensing

Software, frameworks, and development resources provided through domweb remain the intellectual property of their creator unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing or accessing a project grants permission to use the software, but does not transfer ownership of the source code or intellectual property.

The LICENSE.md file defines the permissions, restrictions, and allowed uses for each individual project.

Users may not:

  • Redistribute domweb software without permission
  • Resell purchased frameworks or projects
  • Claim domweb software as their own creation
  • Share private project files or documentation publicly

6. Payments

Paid products and services available through domweb are processed using third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

domweb does not store complete payment card information.

Before completing a purchase, users will be shown the applicable price and details of the product or service.

7. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital software products, access may be provided immediately after purchase.

Once software has been downloaded, it may not be possible to revoke possession of the digital content.

Users are responsible for reviewing product information before purchase.

8. Refund Policy

All purchases made through domweb are considered final.

Due to the nature of digital software, frameworks, assets, and other downloadable content sold on domweb, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.

Once a purchase has been completed, the buyer is considered to have accepted full responsibility for their purchase. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the product description, supported features, licensing information, and any available showcase material before completing payment.

Because digital products can be copied or downloaded immediately after purchase, domweb cannot verify whether a product has been retained by the buyer. For this reason, refunds cannot be issued once payment has been successfully processed.

If you experience a technical issue with a purchased product, you may contact domweb through the support system. Technical support may be provided where appropriate, but technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Support

domweb provides support through the website support ticket system and available communication channels.

Support is intended to help users with issues related to domweb services, but does not guarantee:

  • Instant responses
  • Custom development work
  • Compatibility with every environment

10. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Exploit vulnerabilities intentionally
  • Abuse website resources
  • Upload malicious content
  • Use domweb for illegal activities

11. Intellectual Property

The domweb name, branding, website design, code, documentation, and original projects are protected intellectual property.

Users retain ownership of content they personally submit, while allowing domweb to process that content when required to provide its services.

12. Availability

domweb may update, modify, or remove features at any time.

While reasonable effort is made to maintain availability, domweb does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

13. Account Termination

domweb may restrict or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Abuse the platform
  • Attempt fraud or unauthorized access

14. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as domweb grows, changes features, or introduces new services.

Continued use of domweb after changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
